Starting Monday October 29th we will be serving beef that is ground and blended freshly in-house daily. 4food Executive Chef Vincent Mangual will lead his team in a proprietary mix of Black Angus chuck roll from the shoulder and brisket from below the chuck. Blending two different whole cuts helps give our beef a unique flavor, and using a medium grind helps give our patties more texture. The only seasoning we ever use on our beef is salt and coarse ground black pepper (continuing the theme we grind the peppercorns ourselves). So while most other fast food joints are pulling your made from whatever burger from the freezer to thaw and then batch cook, here at 4food we grind, blend, and form your (w)holeburger patties fresh daily and cook them to individually and uniquely to order as always.
The Best De-Junked Breakfast sandwiches and bowls are $5.00 and Monday-Friday from 7am-10am thru this October they will come with the beverage of your choice (freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice or freshly brewed Irving Farm coffee). Our extended happy hour continues as our “Off the Clock” promotion runs to 11pm Monday-Friday with $3.00 Captain Lawrence Draft Beers and Housemade Sangrias and $5.00 Chef Builds.

IAMTHEMATT’S The Rustler hustles its way to #7 followed by his dual hit The Maki making similar leaps and bounds to #6, while AHARRIS’S platinum CaliBurger drops a couple down to #5. ALEXC’S Midtown Cheddar Bacon continues to be “all business, all delicious” at #4. RHA70’S Michigan Wolverine Burger must have celebrated a bit too hard after taking the top spot last week as it hails and falls to #3, while Better Turkey Burger and JFAVUZZA are flappin their golden wings back up the chart to #2. The “madness” starts at the top with some trickle-down freakonomics as PROMSPLEEN’S relative newcomer Bacon Cheddar Madness captures #1.
