4food Executive Chef Vincent Mangual is at it again. This time he is adding fresh pumpkin to your diet. Pumpkin Hash makes its 4food debut today, just in time for this unmistakably fall weather. Chef Vinny cubes fresh picked pumpkin and sautés it with tart Granny Smith apples, dried cranberries, honey, and fresh pressed orange juice. The tender morsels are then tossed with walnut oil, toasted pumpkin seeds, and fresh parsley. The end result is a subtly sweet cornucopian autumn harvest with a salty bit of crunch.
